Judging by his tattoo, he is a member of Middlesbrough FC, and a part-time Crusader judging by the armour.
Shame he didn’t wish to wear the full uniform. The guy behind is much more difficult to identify as he’s wearing a cheap pair of sunglasses, so perhaps a Blues Brother or Secret Service Agent (Goon?)
