And residents say – the decision has come none too soon!
We ask? How about all the other towns and villages across the borough?
"Oh what a tangled web we weave, when once we practise to deceive.

I heard our esteemed PPC, the ever delightful David Munro, on LBC yesterday talking to Andrew Castle. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry listening to this fatuous fool proclaiming that Surrey residents love the police. When Andrew Castle suggested that was probably an exaggeration Munro insisted it was true. While I admire and sometimes respect the police generally I have to say that it is difficult to love someone who is never there.
We must be thankfully for small mercies. David Munro is consistent. Consistently foolish!
Oops! That should be PCC, god forbid that he should ever stand for parliament
Stranger things have happened. But lets hope not, even though we now understand he is looking for a new role. Well paid of course!
Good afternoon everyone. Just wanted to say thank you to all the residents that have been flagging the various issues in Farncombe and Godalming. Certainly the other Godalming town councillors and I have been trying to ensure the council and police have a good relationship during this administration – and we are having a joint public meeting with them on September 6th in Farncombe.
This will be posted as an event on the town council Facebook soon and I’ll post here too. Happy to discuss anytime.
Oh and in a Waverley hat, Cllr Rosoman (whose portfolio includes community safety as well as housing) and working on a few other more borough wide matters which I hope to be able to update on soon.
Good news for Godalming residents. Let us all hope others will follow your example?
Well I will be speaking to my Lib Dem and Green colleagues running Haslemere TC – Farnham TC is of course run by my FR partners and I am sure they will seek similar, as I am sure will Cranleigh PC.
Let us hope so?
Perhaps Paul Follows would instruct his Lib Dem councillors to answer a simple email question about anti social behaviour. I asked my councillor three times in a polite non aggressive manner and she ignored me. It works both ways. I’ll ignore her next time she asks for my vote.
