These come from the same numpty group of public bodies that permitted 2,000 houses being built in Cranleigh knowing full well that existing water and sewage could not accommodate. They have now spent two years closing every road they can to provide the water, power and sewage required. Trust me, they really don’t care about your time or mine and the environmental problems associated with severe traffic congestion
