Responding to Margaret of Larkfield Road, Farnham … “Your Waverley” isn’t embarrassed by its failure to apply for planning permission for its development of the Farnham Football Club car park because it’s arrogance in all things Waverley is legendary!
Just like, “Don’t Mention the Fraud” and by the way we will keep mentioning the Fraud until someone apologises – but it certainly won’t be apologising for its latest breach.
WHY?
Because IT CAN and WILL Ignore the well tried and tested planning rules it expects the rest of us to observe and abide by. Because, IT CAN ignore the covenants and the intentions of the benefactors who gifted them to the people of Farnham ignoring the wishes of Farnham residents who have a heartfelt concern for the future of our town …
BECAUSE

CAN AND WILL – DO ANYTHING – YES ANYTHING, TO FORGE AHEAD WITH ITS TOXIC PLAN TO REDEVELOP BRIGHTWELLS AND EAST STREET AND IF IT HAS TO SACRIFICE FARNHAM’S THEATRE/PUBS/MEMORIAL HALL’S/GROUNDS/OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT GETS IN ITS WAY IT JUST….

and now it has voted in another stack of “our money” to ensure the Marlborough Head pub, which it has this week purloined, to spend £14,000 on boarding it up. And, an additional £5,000 to protect the Redgrave theatre from further vandalism… and…
